Some clients prefer coaching on an ongoing basis without ever stopping. Others need 4-5 sessions, and some require a 12 months transformation. On average, coaching programs range from 3-6 months.
The frequency of our meetings depends on the coaching package you choose and your availability. Typically, we meet once a week or bi-weekly for an hour. However, we can adjust the frequency of our meetings to fit your schedule and needs. If you decide to become a member of any of the paid membership plans, you may enjoy more coaching. For example, Grand Master Plan includes eight 60-min robust coaching sessions a month every month. It's up to you how you would like to structure them.
